

What are the terms if I win a day off?
Winners need to follow instructions clearly listed in the redemption requirement info pack.
Winners must speak to your Store CEO/Area Coach to arrange your day of Summer Downtime.
For permanent full-time/part-time Team Members, you can select any contracted shift you wish, up to a maximum of 8 paid hours. Your selected shift must be taken within the next 28 days from the date of this email.
For Casual Team Members, you will be eligible for Downtime hours that are the average number of hours you have worked within the last 4 weeks. Your Store CEO can help you in working this out. Your selected shift must be taken within the next 14 days from the date of this email.
